ADC declares PVC purchasing in Enugu

ENUGU– THE chairman of African Democratic Congress, ADC, in Enugu State, Mrs. Stella Chukwuma has actually declared that political leaders were purchasing up Long-term Citizens Cards, PVCs, in Enugu State.
