Advancing Healthcare Advancement in Africa (AHIA) Conference 2019 for Scientists (Fully-funded to Johannesburg)

Emory University is now accepting applications from African healthcare innovators for the 2019 Advancing Healthcare Advancement in Africa (AHIA) Conference in Johannesburg. AHIA is a multi-phase program that consists of a three-day summer conference and constant suggestions from leading professionals in science, service, and law.
AHIA’s goal is to handle and fix unmet medical requirements in Africa, by supporting and promoting the advancement of health advancement and developments. They do so by motivating, notifying, and training African innovators in company and legal aspects of the healthcare sector.
At the conference, Advancement Groups consisting of scientists and students are formed for each development. The Advancement Teams collaborate for the entire of the conference to establish a development technique and handle a few of the most essential troubles handling African healthcare systems.

After the conference, a limited range of Advancement Teams will be selected to get constant suggestions to help shift advancements from the laboratory to market. This may consisted of additional travel to speak with market professionals or potential investors.


Travel and hotels will be covered for those selected.
At the end of the conference, select scientists will get constant suggestions to help move their advancements from laboratory to market.
