The Young Experts Program (YPP) is a 3 year management possibility for the development of Bank’s future leaders. Be a local of a member country of the Bank.
Be 32 years of age or more younger by first Might2020
Have a Master’s degree or equivalent in any discipline that connects to organisation of the Bank, with outstanding scholastic credentials.
Have at least 3 years work experience in the areas linked to the high issue areas (Hi-5s) as talked about above.
Interested potential customers with coding, e-development, animation and platforms designs and maintenance are required this year.
Proven hands-on experience on the African continent and/or in other continent’s developing countries is a required requirement.
Have interest for Africa’s Improvement.
Able to make use of understanding, share and coach others. Work effectively in groups with revealed high adaptability to a diverse environment.
Strong analytical capabilities, an entrepreneurial drive, results- orientation and analytical capability.
High organisation acumen and innovative mindset.
Master the Bank’s working languages, either English and/or French.
Have capabilities that enable you run in a digital environment and welcome development as it establishes.
Wish to live in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire the Bank’s Head workplace, and any other country in Africa where the Bank may require your services.
