Eligibility.

Hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Federal Government, Organisation Administration, International Relations/Development, or other important fields.
Optimum 1 year of working experience in research study, analysis and programme/project improvement, execution and management.

Effectiveness in a minimum of one AU working language (Arabic, English, French, Portuguese) and working understanding of English.

Ability to gather substantial information on complicated problems or situations, analyzing information specifically, examining and figuring out important issues and services.
