Present graduate (within the last 2 years) with a minimum of a 2:1 degree in a finance-related field.
Interest in funding.
Self-motivated, proactive and an excellent group player.
Drive to succeed, with the ability to think both creatively and tactically.
Questioning, analytical mind.
Outstanding social & interaction capabilities: spoken and made up.
Effectiveness in utilizing Microsoft Office Bundles, particularly Excel and flexible to learning ERP software application.
Ability to handle tight due dates and maintain quality of output.
Ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders.
Work experience in a Funding ability would work (nevertheless trivial).

Duration of the internship.

12 months in Zambia, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Botswana, Uganda & Sierra Leone.
6 months in Senegal.


Help the revenues recommendation treatment by extracting suitable reports and handling customer service and assessments departments.
Deal help as required with manual journals, accounting adjustments and off-system payment needs ensuring accuracy and compliance with suitable policies.
Help reconciliation of all suitable accounts and ensure that this is completed to organisation requirements.
Help assessment of open order to ensure they are cleared on timeParking of accounting journals.
Keep and submit financial records according to organisation policy.
Overall Travel & Expense audits according to policy.
Overall month-to-month cash journal reconciliations.
Send suitable files to local bank as requested for.
Help the preparation of local Tax submissions and other statutory returns.
Help with plan of information to internal/ external auditors.
Assessment and scan billings for payment post due diligence by Accountants/Senior Accountants.

Stipend: ₤100 from month 1 to month 6 ₤150 from month 7 to month 12 ₤60 month-to-month meal and transport allowance.
