An FCT High Court, Kubwa, on Thursday purchased the remand of 25- year-old trainee, Armstrong Ajibo, and 27- year-old Ebah Linus, docked for supposed heist.
Apprehended and handcuffed.
Justice Kezziah Ogbonnaya, who purchased the remand adjourned the matter till April 29 and April 30, for trial.
Ajibo and Linus, were docked on a four-count charge verging on heist.
The district attorney, Urom Otu, informed the court that the accuseds and others at big, equipped with weapons robbed one Mr Okon Uduak of his Toyota Corolla cars and truck, along Next Money & Carry, Mabushi, Abuja, in September2017

Otu stated that the accuseds likewise robbed Udak of one HP laptop computer, Samsung Keep in mind 5 cellular phone, and authorized building strategy, released by the FCDA.
He stated that the accuseds and one Samuel Jato, at big, likewise robbed Mr Enodi Tanko of his Toyota Rav 4 Jeep; 3 mobile phone, ATM and organisation cards, estate center invoices, all valued at N4 million.
The district attorney stated that Linus was apprehended in ownership of one locally-made weapon, without licence, in December2017
He stated that the offenses contravened Areas 1, 3 and 6 of the Break-in and Fire Arms Act.
The accuseds, nevertheless, pleaded innocent.
Defence counsel, Patrick Ogenyi, obtained the bail of Ajibo, pursuant to Area 36 Subsection 5 of the 1999 Constitution.
He prompted the court to exercise its discretion in favour of his customer. (NAN).
