Our Young person of the Month is Nicole Banister from South Africa/ U.S.A.! Nicole Banister is an author, speaker, and international cooperations manager. Based in Cape Town, South Africa, Nicole is passionate about setting in movement business worldwide to benefit from the existing homes of marginalized communities to help in sustainable empowerment efforts. She presently operates as Collaborations Coordinator for Grassroot Soccer.
Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Culture and Politics from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. She is a recipient of lots of prominent fellowships and awards including the United Nation’s Alliance of Civilizations Fellowship, StartingBloc Social Advancement Fellowship, and the For Creative Ladies Mentorship Program.

Nicole Banister is a multi-cultural, multi-national, ‘third-culture’ kid. Born in the United States to a Persian mama and a Black American daddy, Nicole is a high energy, cumulative professional who succeeds on honoring the unity in range and searching the subtleties of numerous people, communities and cultures. Nicole speaks English, Spanish, Sepedi and meddles both Mandarin and Farsi.

Nicole presently lives in Cape Town, South Africa, where she is the Collaborations Coordinator for Grassroots Soccer.
