A s news dripped that the federal government was preparing to present greater charges and limit access to trainee assistance for EU students, we were dealt with in parliament to a great screen of hand-wringing from advocates of this modification. Obviously it would be ethically indefensible, post-Brexit, to provide preferential terms to EU nationals wanting to study here, when compared to those from establishing nations.
